I have two baby rats about 1 month to 2 months old. They are both males and they love to play and wrestle with each other. Well the one injured the other on the eye by accident. I think he got bit there by the other one. Well there is no vet in my area that treats rats or any exotic animal. What can I put on his eye to prevent infection? Can I put Neosporin on it?
