My wife and I just got a pair of the cutest girls - Tempest and Serenity. Named thus for their initial reactions upon bringing them home.

My wife probably has an idea but I just thought of this: How long will it take for them to 'settle in' per se? One is adapting well (Serenity) and the other is still loopy!   It's only been a day, sure, but this is out of curiosities sake.

Thanks in advance!

Aww, congrats on your new girls!

It’ll take them a few weeks to really settle in and become accustomed to you,  just handle them daily and hand feed them treats so they associate you with something positive.

Sounds like they’re young, so expect them to be silly and hyper until around their first birthday. As they mature they’ll settle down and become more ‘lap rat’ like.
